Processing Time All products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, customs, or weather are outside our control.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
